Louvarel breeding
The Écurie du Louvarel breeds Selle Français horses. The foals are intended for a sporting career, for show jumping competition, dressage or eventing.
Our Broodmares
Maternal lines well chosen for a family breeding above all
Isabelle and Daniel Roussé have carefully and passionately chosen their broodmares, for their origins, their qualities and their performances.

The Louvarel stud has two SF broodmares for breeding. Quality takes precedence over quantity: with an average of two births per year, it is the assurance of reasoned breeding, with respect and well-being for mothers and their foals.

Broodmares and foals live in the meadow all year round. Foals are handled, wormed and trimmed regularly. They grow up in a green and human-sized environment.
